1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is placed.

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/WhatsApp so you can track your order in real time.


2. Shipping Partners

  • We have partnered with Delivery Express and other trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders above β‚Ή1,999.

  • Orders below β‚Ή1,999: Flat shipping fee of β‚Ή99.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional handling fee.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

(Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like courier delays, weather, or festivals.)


5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. (International shipping will be added soon πŸš€).


6. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the tracking ID sent to you via email/WhatsApp.

  • For assistance, contact our support team with your Order ID.


7. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, our support team will update you.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
